How Long Can I Hire The Boat For?You can hire the boat in the daytime for a minimum of 3 hours and in the evening for a minimum of 4 hours.

What Piers Do The Boats Use?There are a number of piers that you can choose to embark and disembark from depending on availability. Whatever pier you set out from, will be the pier you arrive back to, unless you book otherwise. The available piers are: Millbank Pier, Westminster Pier, Festival Pier, Blackfriars Pier, and Tower Pier. There are other piers that we use and these incur surcharges, these are: Cadogan Pier, Putney Pier, London Bridge City Pier, Tower Bridge Quay, Canary Wharf Pier, Greenwich Pier, North Greenwich Pier and Trinity Buoy Wharf Pier.

What's The Latest Time Our Party Can End?You can hold your party aboard any of our vessels until 1 am. Please note, there is a £400 surcharge for finishing at this time.

Can We Get On Earlier Than Our Guests To Set Up?Of Course! We allow you to come on board before the party to decorate and set up and make the party feel like your own. Alternatively, we can organise to have the boat decorated for you.

What's Included In The Boat Hire Package?Our packages typically include the boat hire, a fully licensed bar, pier bookings, staff and crew. Additional services like catering, DJs, decorations, and entertainment can be arranged upon request.

How do I book a party boat on the Thames?You can book directly through our website by filling out the enquiry form or contacting us via phone or email. We’ll guide you through our simple booking process to ensure your event is tailored to your needs.

Is The Boat Safe?Our vessel has a current Marine Coastguard Agency Passenger certificate and the Domestic Safety Management certificate, which are prominently displayed for information. This ensures that all Masters and crew members are trained and competent in all emergencies and first aid etc. Casual catering staff are also made aware of what to do in an emergency (safety brief). All Vessels carry sufficient lifesaving apparatus for the maximum passengers carried, such as inflatable and float-free liferafts and lifejackets. A safety announcement is always made before every departure informing passengers of all emergency exits, liferaft boarding points, location of lifejackets etc. Our vessels carry public liability insurance up to a figure of £100,000,000 and are insured through Knighthood Corporate Assurance Services plc. Feel free to view our most recent Certificate of Insurance. Please also bear in mind that if you are coming on an evening party, it may be more sensible to leave the 4 inch heels at home!

How Many People Can Your Fleet Accommodate?Our fleet includes boats of varying capacities. The Revelry is ideal for smaller gatherings, while the Dutch Master can host larger groups. Download our Info Pack or check here for specific capacity details based on your event.

What's The Age Limit On Board?On ticketed events and disco cruises the age limit is strictly 18 and over. We allow supervised minors on private charters. We do allow 17 year olds to attend 18th birthday parties. All passengers will have their ID checked and anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed to purchase or drink alcohol whilst on board. We also have a very strict bar policy when entertaining young adults

What Happens If The Weather Is Bad?Our boats are fully enclosed and equipped to handle all weather conditions, ensuring your event goes smoothly regardless of rain or shine.

Are Your Boats Accessible For People With Disabilities?We aim to accommodate all guests. Some of our boats have accessible facilities, but accessibility can vary depending on the vessel. Contact us to discuss specific requirements.

What types of events can I host on your boats?We cater to a wide range of events, including corporate parties, birthday celebrations, weddings, hen and stag dos, product launches, and more. If you can celebrate it, we can host it!

Can I Reserve A Table?All party packages on the Thames have a limited number of chairs and tables to ensure a good party atmosphere. Any seating is on a shared basis and is non-reservable.

Will The Boat Move Or Be Stationary?The vessel will cruise for the duration of your party. We have 15 minute slots for embarking and disembarking passengers on the pier.

What Route Will The Boats Take?Which way the boat sails will be dependent on the tide on that particular day, but we can guarantee that you will cruise through London and see all the important sights!

Can I Bring My Own Catering On Board?We offer a great selection of food options for your party which we are happy to discuss with you. Alternatively, if you wish to bring your own catering there is a surcharge of £200.00 + VAT.

Can I Bring My Own Drinks On Board?We do not allow our clients to bring their own drink on board any of our vessels. If you have any special requirements, kindly chat with our team.

Can You Supply DJs or Live Music?Yes. Absolute Party Cruises has our own resident DJ that plays a selection of popular and current chart music, popular genres and decades - dependent upon audience. If you are hiring the boat, you are welcome to bring your own DJ where there will be a charge for hire of our sound system. Please see Tech List Here.
